Sara Bareilles in Singapore

The concert was amazing! Another best day of my life just that this time, I get to spent it with Yeetheng who came all the way from KL.

The 1st 100 who buys the album in the venue gets the poster, which Sara will be autographing at the end of the show. We didnt only get Sara's but the band member's too! ( Too bad Javier wasnt there that time) Photos and a bit of a chat.

Cant believe when we went in and reach our seats.
It was soooo near the stage.
Like so crystal clear.

Sara is lovely, she's the girl with attitude.
The whole concert has this fans-Sara- band interaction and it was fun , really fun.
Sometimes, she jokes around, we love her.

Yeap, nice close up :)
Her dress was striking and I'm glad she wore this that day.

Everything was perfect.
The experience of going to her live concert is truly different.
Yes, her studio versions are good but going to a live is superb.

I never mention this before but today, I am going to write a post for someone special.

I met this friend of mine in CCMS kindergarten. I cant really remember what happened back then but I do know she was in the dance group with me. We had this ' I lost my Turkey' dance where she's all dressed as a red Turkey and the others as little farmers. You can tell her personality being the main dancer.

We grew up and here we are in our primary school, still in the same class since 'kindy'. At my 7? year old birthday party, she got the attention of everyone after dancing like a superstar. I remember the times I played with her at her grandparent's old coffeeshop ( used to be located where the new mee stall is at now) My dad would send me over to the coffeeshop, or sometimes, I'll eat my breakfast with my dad and his friends there , later joining her. It was a small and lovely coffeeshop, her room is just situated at the back.

It's probably once a week, I'll drop by. You'll wonder what we played with. We stayed in the room playing her toys and after that for lunch, she'll go to her grandma and grab a nice five dollar for both of us. Then off we go to Jolibee for lunch. I always like spaghetti and her, the chicken and gravy.

We'll walked around the Seria town shops where the adventure starts. We go into every shops browsing at stuffs. There's used to be a comic rental shop at the 2nd floor of the block (near this workshop looking store and where the back entrance of Milimewah is) We went to the store and started reading the comics for about an hour, and after we're done, the lady demand us to pay $1. We didnt know we have to pay ( come on, we're still like 9 year old kids back then) We got scared and the lady had no choice to to let us go. We never went back. Phobia.

Our usual routine includes going to this tailor shop called Jesselyn Tailor IF i'm not mistaken ( used to be located at the now Fratini at Seria ) It's now situated the shops row near to the police station. It was an old fashioned tailor shop, with the owner, an uncle and 3-4 lady working. We would go in and play hide and seek. Usually hiding under the sewing machine table or the changing room

. The people there didnt scold us once, I wonder why. Sometimes, we'll just pick up the bits of unwanted cloth and started playing with them. Occasionally, the uncle will give us a list of drinks (soybean and barley) and paus they want , and two of us will walk back to the coffeeshop then back to deliver the order. Kinda cute huh? After that, I realized the tailor shop belong to my mum's distance relative, after he saw me and my mum walking around down.

Where else did we go.... Ahh, cyber cafe? I played counter strike once.

Then, the coffee shop moved to the now then block. She was sharing her room with her grandparents. Same thing, I still go there often. We still spent hours in her room , playing Barbie dolls and her grandma will just sleep at her bed. We still roam around the shops , still eat Jolibee for lunch.

Then , she got her own room. That was probably when she's about 14-15? I cant remember and that's the time I didnt go to her place as much as I used to. But well, we still danced together in our secondary school years. All those moments during out dancing practice, where we will slack and got all nervous when Mdm Chan comes and check on us. I remember ' Guang Liang's Tong Hua' was hers and Jo's favourite. They were playing it non stop that time.

I stayed over at her place once, that was during the BSP dance for Sultan's birthday, where we have to arrive at KB padang at 4am the next day for make up and hairdo. Dance events at Bandar, for the Sultan, (which is really for His Majesty) , the one in KB hall, KB and Seria padangs....

This friend of mine got sick for 7 years. She changed, from a cheerful and active girl to a complicated and quiet girl. Life changed. Things changed for her. It was alright at first, but the change became more and more after secondary school.

I dont know if that's the reason we are not that closed like we used to be, but It doesnt matter now. She left suddenly , 2 weeks after a coma. No one got a chance. No one. And the last thing she said to me was she's coming to SG and she wanted me to accomapany her to get a camera. Back then, I was so busy I dont have the time to accompany her.

The last time she came, we had hours of fun at Party world singing our lungs out, and a great dinner with her mum and aunt. I told her we'll get Haagen Daz the next time she comes.

It's never gonna the same again. You look back at photos and videos, and you'll realize one person is missing. All you can do is regret not spending more time together.

It's still hard for everyone, It's still to me. Someone I/ we know for more than 15 years... gone without telling us, and I dont even get the last chance to see her. Occasionally, she comes to my dream , and it breaks my heart.

Now I get the chance to talk about something about her, I think I will feel better eventhough I'm all teary eyed now. We miss you, always :')

It's been so long since I last update my blog. I can't even remember my password when I sign in to this blog... Finally decided to return to blogging when I was eating my prata this morning thinking '' Hmm , I should blog'' I guess I'll try to update at least once a week on the weekends.

Anyway, this post will be about music/concerts.

Taylor Swift's concert is one of the biggest happening this year. I'm so glad I'm in SG ! (probably one of things to be glad about)

It was Chinese New Year and I returned to SG on a Sunday night, I had the whole 'house' alone since my relatives are still in Brunei . The next day at 4am, I went to the airport just to try my luck to meet Taylor and her band.

It was not crazily crowded as its early in the morning, secondary school kids will have to go to classes, poly students like me get to have one week holiday before internship starts. Lucky me.

Taylor arrived at about 6.30am. I was too flabbergasted to shout and I stayed quiet and 'unmoved' for the whole scene. She was just a metres away from me! I didnt get any autographs from her but after she went off, Grant and Caitlin stayed back to take pictures with the fans. How nice of them :)

Been sleeping till late, watching tv, going to Seria , grocery shopping and messing up the kitchen recently.

16 Dec, Thursday

Went for a blood test at Seria Plaza together with my mum and sisters. It's free in conjunction of World Diabetes Day...wait, isnt that on November? Maybe its held in December in Brunei. I dont know.

Instead of having giant needles poking into the vein of my arm, they have Self Blood Glucose monitor (SBGM), a little device that pricks your finger and the glucose level will show on the little screen.

Normal glucose level ( 2 hours after meal) = 4-6

Mine was 3.8, a little low but the nurse said its alright. Probably will just have to eat my meals on time and not starve myself.

Gingerbread men!

Found the best golden syrup at Supasave. ( Google for the brand logo, its interesting)
I've been using Silver Spoon's golden syrup until one day I didnt put back the cap tightly and it got infested by um...roaches.

Anyways, thanks to the roaches and thanks to the store I got this yummy syrup, taste so much better compared to SS's.

Thick & Gooey

It tasted very much like the Chinese Mai Ya Tang. This will make a nice fondant ( the previous fondant made with SS's golden syrup taste weird) and the fact that I've finally know where I can get glycerin. Who would have thought that glycerin is used for medicinal purposes and also food.

He performed at TAB , 2 sets everynight, 9pm and 11pm.

Love love love the cool weather , it was hot when there's sun, and you just stand under a shade or something , its not hot anymore!

Love the skies, 'big piece of sky' just before your eyes.

Love the balanced fact of nature & man-made stuff.

I really dont mid studying or living there I guess. Hehe

Anyway,gonna write down just a few interesting stuff about the trip.

Face Shop is damn cheap there. Face mask sold in Singapore & Brunei is $4 for a piece. It's 1,500-2000 won each in Korea. 1,500 won in a tax free cosmetic store, 2,000 won in normal stores. That's about 2 bucks each! We grabbed like crazy, packs and packs. I bought a total of 30 pieces of mask. Wooohooo.

Now, I'll think twice before going in any Face Shop stores here.

Our schedule got changed a little. We were supposed to go to Lotte World on the 3rd day, from 2pm till night. But, the tour guide suggested us to go at the 2nd day, since day 3 is a Saturday, its gonna be super packed. Day 2, we went to Lotte World at 6pm , back at 9pm!
The park is still super pack, we played total of 3 rides, queued each for about an hour.... sigh

But It was really fun, Comet Express made me scream a lot. And we queued for a wrong ride in the end, thinking it was a roller coaster and it turns out to be not!

What else ......

Bags are super cheap! Those stalls in MyeongDong . I should have bought more...

Ice creams are Mmmmmmmm. We kinda had ice cream every night, walking to the convenient store after dinner.

Meet up with Fwu, Joolin and Teck for dinner at Plaza Sing.'s Café Carte last night. Actually gonna catch a movie there but all the best seats were like 2nd row from the screen except Devil.
( I cant stand demonic movies thus its a no no for sure)

So, we walked all the way to Cathay cineleisure and we end up getting the 2nd row tickets too. Joolin went home after dinner and Minghui joined us fir the movie.

We watched Resident Evil : Afterlife, not in 3D since they think there wont be much difference.
The movie was not bad but Fwu said the previous ones are better. My first time watching RE.
Cab fee after peak hour... ouch.

Life is almost the same everyday.

Collected my Korea visa this morning. Almost 3 years old cousin going to school 5 days a week from 10am till 5.30pm, which is a good thing. Baby sitting when grandma's busy cooking and aunt goes out to fetch my cousin from school.

Eventhough its only about an hour, oh my God, its like testing my patience cause the baby spits out his pacifier like every 5 minutes and I'll have to pop it back to his mouth or else he'll wriggle in his sarong and cry. Plus it's not like he'll take it when you pop it into his mouth, I'll have to press hold it for at least 10 secs before he takes it. When he doesnt want to sleep, 'goyang' the sarong for 30 minutes also no use.

Anyway, there's now a frying pan here!

That means I can have

eggs ,eggs,eggs ,eggs,.... real eggs not gummy eggs

Thank God my grandma is here.

Definitely a must read. Some parts kinda remind me a little of ' The notebook' but this is somehow more interesting. It would be great if this is made into a movie. Paige Toon would definitiely be one of my favourite author after this and I hope I can get more books by her.

Last day of school, all submissions done.
CRS presentation postponed to the first week of school when break ends.

We had a ' sushi celebration' to mark the the end of class for YOG break and
I guess farewell for 3 of our lecturers. :(

Back in Brunei. The flight was kinda unpleasant.

Flight attendant didnt give each and everyone hot towels.

Back seats were full of Cantonese speaking Ch1nas, loud , rude and ughhh. ( Racisms are not intended)They were doing transits.

This Ch1na boy was seating at my window seat and the flight attendant was asking him to please shift, he's like ignoring until his old friend came and ask him to.

Then this old friend was sitting next to me and he keeps passing out gas cause he's having stomachache ( i know cause he went to the toilet for so long after eating)

When our meals were served, both of the guy finished their food even before I finish my bun and the boy asked for another serving.

Flight attended said he'll give him if there's extra after he finish serving the other passengers. Boy nags and complained.

What the buck.

After that I guess I'll be going home and doing 3dsmax and autocad for 3 weeks if my parents allow cause tickets are expensive and I'll be going back in mid September too.
If anything happens to my laptop, haa, die. The only way is buy new one and install the programs.

I was walking out during sunset. The beach was just behind my house. I had a camera in my hand and with my bare feet, i strolled and walked on the sand, leaving footprints on the sand.

It was just a dream.

Oh, I really really miss home. I've been missing out all the awesome nature.
Fact that when I first moved in to my KB house, there was this lake beside.
White lotus , wild ducks and birds, occasionally fisherman rowing their sampans on the lake.
Years went by, grasses grow, taller and taller each year and
finally I cant see the amazing sights anymore.

There are few times in SG when I was sitting in a car ( usually cab),

One main crazy submission over. I didnt get to sleep that night and I drank redbull. It tasted bad, seriously....so sweet. I wonder what happens if ants drink it...

The next day after the crazy submission was a small journal submission. I was so tired the day before and I went to sleep early, setting my alarm at 1.30am to work on it.
When I woke up, It was 6.30am , and that scared the crap out of me...

Quickly did a little then continue in the train and during lecture.
Thank God everything went well.

My aunt is giving birth in less than 2 weeks time and we're currently packing stuffs in the room.

Thought my laptop AC adapter was not working on Thursday and survived using the battery only. The next day, I woke up so much sicker ( been a bit sick for the whole week), but still had to go to school to hand in my form , then to the service centre to get my adapter checked.

Stupid or not, I brought the wrong result slip to school, nevermind, Monday hand in again...
I left the adapter at home ... so I took a cab from the service centre back home cause its raining.
I had car sick . Reached home. Took adapter. Took the train to the service centre and back.

Thank God its not the adapter's fault, just the wire plug. If not,
I'll have to wait for at least 1 week for a new one to arrive.

Current submission is so boring and confusing I would rather play Neopets all day long.

Laptop AC Adapter is not working!! and I need to go get a new one zzzz.

I've got this hot flush feeling in my legs this few days... its like there's an oven near my legs and stuff.... which I checked and a lot of people actually did get these symptoms... and the answer -

Since you have heat sensation (inflammation) that comes on and off, I think you could have deep vein thrombosis of the deep veins of the leg or maybe valvular dysfunction of the deep veins of the legs. This can be diagnosed by color Doppler or by angiogram of the leg veins. High blood pressure, kidney dysfunction, diabetes and hypothyroidism should be ruled out. If you are an active sports person or use gym (exercise) a lot, then the sensation could also be due to compartment syndrome (due to overuse of leg muscles) or due to inflammation of fascia lata (a fascia on the lateral side of thigh).

Crap, diabetes? Fact that its hereditary. Oh well.
Some says its nothing serious, probably sat for too long or maybe due to pressure.

Talked to my mum over the phone just now. Was telling her about my school study trip to either Korea in September or Hong Kong in December. Guess I'll be going to Hong Kong cause I really wanna go back to Brunei for the 4 weeks holiday in September.

Cardmaking workshop was quite fun today. I dont have classes on Wednesday so its kinda troublesome just to attend the 2 hours workshop, cause train journey consumes about 2 hours for to-and-back trip. (plus it was so hot today)

Church day. Mass ended quite early today.

Had my prata breakfast again alone at the mall. The dude typed in my order wrongly ,it was supposed to be one teh tarik and 2 egg pratas. He gave me my teh tarik and afterwaiting for my pratas, I was given 2 egg and one plain pratas. I tried to correct him but hesaid its correct ... cause the receipt shows that way. The self hair dyeing story

I got this at about $20 .
Chose the chiffon beige colour cause other browns are kinda dark and it's probably not gonna work well.

My hair's originally dark brown, kinda hesitated to dye it.

Ehhh, it either looks maroon-ish/ yellowish in different kind of lights, but but but... I am so happy while shoppingfor headbands today, cause I found matching fake braids , like totally the same colour, plus in a bargain price ( no idea what animal hair is that, ~~probably some dead people's~~)

Conclusion

It's quite easy, just like washing your hair with bubbles & leave it for 20 mins.

The solution stinks! Like the hair straightening chemical if you ever smelled that before.

I do suggest having someone to help you if you have major short-sightedness; I have to use food wrap to wrapped around my glasses frame so it wont get stained.

Colours dont turn out right cause it depends on on original hair colour, so if you want a specific colour, do go to the hairdresser instead.

I think my mum's gonna like this. Eventhou its not suggested to try on white/gray hair.

School starts tomorrow.

I will try to play less facebook games.

Eat less, save up.
( Other than having the $400 savings for my camera, I can say I am broke)

Work harder, manage my time well, be more cheerful., rest well.

Trees are common and can be found almost everywhere. However, not many people know how to appreciate the spaces and view of the top tree leaves. . The installation is installed here so that more will approach due to curiosity and starts to appreciate a different space under the tree. Light is cast between tree leaves and branches , giving a serene and peaceful space.

Anyways, There's about 100 intermodules of acrylic module made and about 100 sets of nuts and bolts used. I actually need more, sigh, time consuming work using acrylic.

Mine was scheduled FIRST on Tuesday morning. Super nervous but it was a great relief when it was over.

New brief launched on Monday

We are to MEASURE a given car park. Different car parks for different classes. Below is my class's , then we'll have to draw it out in Autocad.

Half of our class meet up at school today for site analysis and measurements. We had breakfast together and then came up with thoughts we should just go buy the site plans at the Housing development board instead.

Split up into two groups, one will go buy the plans, others will go for site analysis. Me and 3 others went to buy the plans since its at Tampines and I can just go back home after that. WHO KNOWS when we reach there, its like they've close down real long ago.

So.... we went to the main office at Toa Payoh.

Tampines -> School (55 minutes* )
School -> Tampines (55 minutes*)
Tampines -> Toa Payoh (about 40 mins)
Toa Payoh -> Tampines ( freaking 1.10 hours cause I took bus)

Changed ny mind the other day, was still in studio then make up my mind I should go and join my grandparents. I didnt eat dinner with them but I managed to shopped for some goodies at the supermarket.

Send Chi and my grandparents off at the airport after my submission on Friday. Slept for 18 hours after that due to lack of sleep.

Monday- 3 hrs of sleep
Tuesday- 5 hours
Wednesday- 2 hrs of sleep

Should blog what happened before i move on to tomorrow's submission.

Hectic hectic . Been working a lot on submissions, staying late in school and sleeping for few hours each night. Was staying until 12am+ in studio last night for today's submission. My tree model keep falling apart cause the acrylic modules were too heavy. Reached home at about 1am. Tried to do my 14 A2 drawings till 3.30am but unsuccessful. Slept ,wake up at 6am and then feeeling extremely stress and depress.

Cried, hold on, after that before rushing off to school, was having my cup of milo breakfast with my grandparents and my grandma started pitying me , saying i dont have much sleep . I broke down, real hard, cant even drink my milo. My grandma started tearing because of me and that made me even sadder.

My eyes and nose were red all the way when i walk to the train station. I break down in the studio too. My eyes are also wet when I'm typing this.

Grandparents going back to Brunei tmr, they're having farewell dinner now outside. I'm at studio working for my journal.

Dont even have tim to help my mum buy her shirt and get goodies for my family.

PS- Managed to hand in 9 out of 14 drawings.

Very unproductive day.

It's public holiday today and I went out with my uncle, aunt and grandparents to Orchard early morning for breakfast and shopping. They dropped me at Bras Basah in the afternoon , bought some materials for model. Home at 5.30pm.

Had been running all over the place buying materials for my model since last week.
Learnt a lot of stuffs, like where to get cheaper materials, new places and routes.

Was told my acrylic I bought yesterday for $45 is plastic and not acrylic, cause the whole thing kinda burnt in the laser cutter.

I can only cut it manually sand it, surprisingly, its bendable after heating, so I assume its half plastic half acrylic. Acrylic uncle cheated me.

Got scolded in the workshop by Mr.R without any reason cause he's in a bad mood today.

The laser cutter in the workshop's spoilt and there's like 3 man repairing it in the workshop, I dont know why but they keep staring at me, and once after staring at me, one whispered to another and they started giggling. What the buck, I stab your eyes and stuff your mouth with carrots man.

I got shouted by the bus driver in a rude way cause I didnt realize my ez-link card has got no more cash & I just tap and walk into the bus without looking. The uncle was like UIIIIIIIII, heh my badlah, but cant you be nicer?

Yay! Got my laptop back yesterday. Stuffs in my D drive are still there. I actually kinda restore the system before servicing it, thus everything was gone ( I did back up so its alright) , who knows the mechanical dude actually restore everything including my msn and my password was there. I better change my password today.

Spent last week in the workshop often for last Thursday submission. We were asked to 'translate' the model from our make workshop to a new module using architectural materials like timber, metal sheets ..etc. I used acrylic.

Acrylic sheets being laser cut. Super cool... and dangerous machine .

Mark the strips.
Then the sheets were heated in a oven-fridge like thing for like a long time.

Take out the hot strips.

Bend as fast as you can.

Tada~

Figurre out where tho join them , drill holes, screw the bolts and nuts together.

Wipe off marker inks.

Went shopping with my grandparents last Friday, we shopped for like 5 hours, bought quite lot of stuff. Will you buy a top for like $69.90 or a vest for $99? Esprit's having 20% off for members for 3 days ... Resist, resist, dont buy. Think of how many pratas you can eat with 99 bucks.

Going to church every Sunday with them too. I dont really like going to Chinese mass cause I cant really understand what are they saying and singing. Aunty in the church store ( those lil shop in churches that sells rosaries, bibles and stuffs) damn rude, until my grandma bought $80+ of stuffs and she was like Thank you! What the buck.

Anyways!!!! I'll need to take a profile picture of me with the Come on Kid sticker he sent, and there'll be a competition where I 'll need to take a pic of the sticker with my country's best landmarks and some writings. What's the best landmark in Singapore? Hmmm

I'll need around 2 more weeks to get my laptop back, the motherboard's dead and they need to order it. Damn no AutoCAD, no everything, I've already have assignments pilling up.

Anyways, observation today

Saw old Asian ( very chinese) grandma reading CSI novel in the train
Uncle( not my uncle) topless crossing the street at the main road cause the weather's too hot.

My grandparents are here! I kinda... feel bad for them cause 3 of us are like squeezed into one room and there's no aircon! There is but the electric bills here probably's like cost more than your wages thats why they're not switching on for you.

I did nothing regarding to school today, didnt do research, didnt do my drawings, didnt read my ' The Eyes of the Skin' by Juhani Pallasma for next week's seminar presentation.

Well, what did I do?

I spent the whole morning and a lil of the afternoon making a mother's day card for my mum, went to the post office and did a lil 'window shopping' . My mum will get her card late, like about 1 week's time, speedpost cost freaking $19.20, so I had normal postage instead.

Was kinda pissed off when I saw some shirt I bought from Esprit last time is $10 cheaper now. Okay nevermind.

Felt cheated when Secret Recipe's ad on Buy one free one cake every Mon & Wed is only valid from 9pm to 10pm.

School's again 8am till 6pm tomorrow, weather is so hot its best to wear tees , shorts & probably slippers to school. Only looking forward to GEMs class I guess.

Sometimes I do wonder whats the best, living alone or living with someone you know.

PS- Damn excited when Josiah Leming replied my mail. Cant wait to receive stuff from him!

Laptop's working fine last night and today it wouldnt start up.
It freezes every 5 mins after logging in and I have no idea what is going on.

Probably driver issues .. I've installed AutoCAD, Virtual Clone Drive and Windows DirectX last Tuesday. Just unistalled the clone drive. Pray everythings gonna be alright. I dont wanna get my laptop into repair cause I need it.

GEMs class - Appreciating Cross Cultural Differences

Class starts at 8.05am every Thursday, after 8.05 , it will be marked Absent. I was running late, 8.10am , went in and apologized for being late, the lecturer went, '' Good Morning! It's okay , I'll mark you present.'' Wahaha.

Enjoys the business-y, cultural lectures and stories. Lecturer is a nice chinese New Zealander who thinks ducks and pigs are disgusting.Group mates were great too.

Shuting told me there's a Bruneian girl in her Psychology GEMs class. She's in year 3 this year and has been also searching for Bruneians in our school. Wowww, I cant wait to know her.

Watched 'Ice Kacang Puppy Love' with PeyLing today.
It's quite funny and a good movie.

It's Earth Day
and its car free day in the school campus today.

Seriously no cars!

But...

we had our Make workshop again today,
building bridge and tower models using paper.

Look at the mess .

Tonnes of paper thrown away after the workshop.
What an eyesore during Earth Day.

That was trash of about 80 ppl. Forgivable I guess....

My class's 8am till 6pm today.

If you wonder if there's any break in between ..yes.
It's something like 15-20minutes break in between 8-12
then 1 hr lunch break ,
15-20 mins break btw 1-6.

I was shock when I was told about the matter ,

Last dinner at Fratini.

Probably went back for too long and now
I'm trying to adapt to the life here again.

BBQ , fondue, pajama night last Friday was awsome.

Had a very unpleasant dinner with my family at excapade just now.

Surprisingly, the place was only about 60% occupied today.
I called the waiters 2 times, waited for 15 minutes before the tea was served.
The waiter wrote wrong orders, we're served 2 wrong plates of sushi's and also having them bringing us orders we did not order which then they checked and brought it back.
Lamb misoyaki tasted so ... not good.

Went for Easter Vigil on Saturday night.
Havent go for years since we always go for the Sunday mass,
this time it was an exception.

Lighting of the fire

It was hot.....

Then everyone walked to the church with a candle each,
lighted up before entering the church.

The whole mass was celebrated in darkness,
just the lights from everyone's candle.

Okay, I dont think I would like to attend anymore in the coming years,
the whole mass lasted for 4 hours (7.30pm to 11.30pm) Like too many readings ,singing and people being baptised. I can see a lot of people wanting to go to bed by 10pm.

Easter sunday mass will be enough.

Went to Bandar with my mum and sis on Sunday.
Had a great lunch at Secret Recipe eventhough
I was not happy that my cake was served before my meal.

Bought quite lot of stuff esp. food.

and I got myself a new Audio Technica headphone cause it was mad cheap compared to SG.

The previous one I used which Popular stores in SG's selling them at about $30?
Cant really remember. My brother bought that for me last time for like $20 during Christmas sale at SG 2 years ago.

Then I saw this store at The Mall selling for only $15 .
But I didnt get the same ones, the only have a few colours left.

Instead I bought the buttons one for $28. It's still quite a steal I guess.

Oh yes, pink... cause white is just too white.

Alright, I've got things to do.

Today's mission will be to finish editing my grandpa's pictures and get them burned to dvds for the relatives. 100 days of mourning is over and we'll be able to visit his 'sign' thing at Miri next Sunday, but not his grave this year.

I'll get the laundry done too and before that,
shower and it's been a long time since I've made pancakes for breakfast.

Last Friday, the eight of us went for a day trip to Bandar.

2 cars, one arrived early, the other one's stucked in a traffic jam due to the
bush fire along the roads. I'm in the stucked one. Had lots of fun thou.

Once reached, lunch of course,everyone's so so hungry because of all those waitings.

We went to Le' Taj for Indian Cuisine.

Then we went to the mall of course, just to walk around.
I bought a memory card for 'my' lumix cause I forgot to bring mine...

and the fun part was when Terence dared 3 of the girls to walk around with cartoon helium balloons, I took the pooh one, the other 2, took some blowned- cartoon -whackers instead.

and when we're at the supermarket, the string attached to the pooh came off..
leaving Winnie floating on top of the ceiling ( Thank God it was not that high) .
We have to ask those supermarket stock helpers to help us with the ladders .

Everyone was looking and we're laughing in embarassment.

Went to Empire's beach for sunset after that.

Enough with the previous two postings. Have been thinking to delete it after
I posted it but well, just leave it. No questions and I'm not emo.

Yesterday was a busy day, I went to the police station ...
offence of being too sensitive ~~and emo~~.

Kidding, went to file reports on misplacing my Baiduri bank book and my L license
( which I left that in SG actually) Got a new L license, went to the driving school to
register for law test. I wont be able to learn driving, just law test before I go back.
Time is too limited.

Now, I've got things to study,(and its in Malay) , feels like going back to Malay
classes in secondary school again. Aww, I miss that.

Other that that, I've been baking cupcakes a lot, usually in the late afternoon for tea.

Hmmm, went to Miri with my family last Monday.
My mum bought me 2 books I wanted.

One of them, Burned alive by Souad was good. I manage to finish it within
one afternoon cause I couldnt put the book down.

This was last last Saturday. The night where we went to Procter for steamboat,
tea at Sutera Biru then lastly MN in one night. That is like crazy.
