something 80's My brunch....pancakes again..but i love pancakes!! Sharing is caring..here's my recipe !! I actually tried using a recipe from the seventeen mag but the result seems unsatisfying so i kinda' modified' the recipe hehe *proud*  Mich's proud of her pancakes recipe XD Serves 2-3 Ingredients 1 cup of plain flour 1 tsp of baking powder ( a full tsp) 1 tsp vanilla essence A pinch of salt An egg 1/2 cup of milk Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and salt then add in the egg and milk. Mix the batter till smooth. The batter shouldn't be too creamy and wat's important...there should be lots of tiny bubbles appearing. Heat your pan, no butter is needed if you're using a non- stick pan. Then just scoop the batter to ur pan using a small scoop or ladle. Flip the pancakes over when the bubbles slowly disappear..forming holes like thingy.. If u don't know, - Pancakes remain warm longer by stacking them Woila, there's your pancakes!! Serve 'em hot with whatever you want..honey , chocolate sauce, peanut butter..... =) ..........................................
