breakdown Today's the suckiest day... really really bad... I have an appointment at 3.30pm , to collect my student pass at ICA, Lavendar. Reach there at 3pm, asked the guy there where can i collect my queue ticket. The guy then asked me to queue up at the counter since my letter dont have the barcode for the self service ticket machine.... so i was queuing in this very very very long queue.... . & when its almost my turn, i found it weird...like why queue? The letter says i dont need to. So i went to ask another ICA guy near me & he said..i dont need to queue... PISSED Then...i took my number the guy gave me, when inside & wait for my turn....wait wait wait... until its like 4.50pm..yay my turn i was really pissed with the service....like why online booking for appointment when i have to wait??? Really wanna swear man... After everything, i was asked to go to level 1 to pay for my student pass....using Cashcard/ NETS. The queue again is very very long... There are like only 4 machines available.. AND ITS SO NOT USER FRIENDLY.$#%^ Pls man, what service is that? All those machine operators leaving work at 5pm & abandoning a bunch of people who dont know how to use the machine.... & everyones like stucked cause they dont know how to use the machine... Then i was like helping this Malaysian lady to use it...but dont know why, her ID's invalid..then this Filipino Uncle..who wanted to extend his visa...WHERE the site is like so not clear...i cant help them. So my turn...I was like using NETS cashcard... but theres 2 options on the screen- NETS & cashcard...so i click NETS n my card cant be read...& somehow, i accidentally drop it inside the machine!!! Theres like a slot between the screen...& i didnt know... My $170.... dropped inside a stupid machine. & theres like no one to help you, cause all the workers went home.... so i called the security.... then he called the people from other department... so yeah, they have to call the vendor & open the whole machine to get my card.. & another card too, cause another silly guy/woman dropped it inside like me... SO i have to go to ICA again... AND because i top up all my cash to the cashcard to pay for my student pass...my wallet was left with $2.... and i didnt know the minimum cash to top up the train card's $10... I nearly begged for money to go home.... but thanks to this dude...he taught me how to buy a single trip ticket...yeah now i know such thing exist. sighsssss PHEW, gonna do my assignments now... brickboy to be handed tmr, 50 yes 50!! sketches to be handed in on Fri..plus 20 more postcard size sketches... A very very sad day, i nearly cried on the train. |
