mercy mercy Very unproductive day. It's public holiday today and I went out with my uncle, aunt and grandparents to Orchard early morning for breakfast and shopping. They dropped me at Bras Basah in the afternoon , bought some materials for model. Home at 5.30pm. Did nothing did nothing did nothing. Submission dateline Monday- Joint detail drawings Tuesday- IDC journal ( Technical drawings and autocad) Thursday- MODEL + 14 Technical drawings Check TOD & Mactech journal submission date. Things to do this weekend. Must figure out how to make my giant tree with wire. Must finish Autocad. Must finish Jame's drawings. These things take time, love. cold war Had been running all over the place buying materials for my model since last week. Learnt a lot of stuffs, like where to get cheaper materials, new places and routes. Acrylic nuts and bolts Artfriend- About $1.20 for one Kelantan Lane- $0.30 for one Crap, cause I bought like $ 18 of 12 pieces at artfriend before realizing there're available at Kelantan Lane ( which is damn ulu with lots of old uncle) for so cheap. But then still, thank God, I got my other 150 pieces there for like $25 . Artfriend super cheat. Super bad day, like extremely. Was told my acrylic I bought yesterday for $45 is plastic and not acrylic, cause the whole thing kinda burnt in the laser cutter. I can only cut it manually sand it, surprisingly, its bendable after heating, so I assume its half plastic half acrylic. Acrylic uncle cheated me. Got scolded in the workshop by Mr.R without any reason cause he's in a bad mood today. The laser cutter in the workshop's spoilt and there's like 3 man repairing it in the workshop, I dont know why but they keep staring at me, and once after staring at me, one whispered to another and they started giggling. What the buck, I stab your eyes and stuff your mouth with carrots man. I got shouted by the bus driver in a rude way cause I didnt realize my ez-link card has got no more cash & I just tap and walk into the bus without looking. The uncle was like UIIIIIIIII, heh my badlah, but cant you be nicer? Mean mean people. Thank God Michelle , Kai and others were in the workshop, if not I'll probably be tearing up having a sucky day now. Yeah right, everytime when I begin to feel okay and accept this place, it seems like another minute people's gonna make it bad for me again. Tomorrow will be a good day, I hope. rawr Ahhhh, I've got tonnes of submissions due in like 1 week + time. 1 minimum 500mmx 500mm acrylic model to be made 1 minimum 250mmx25omm acrylic module to be make About 14 drawings to be drawn AUTOCAD EXERCISES Journal journals journals Got no acrylic cause the the uncle is still looking for the textured acrylic we want, plus the industrial site is so far...Jurong ... Got to make use of time well , cause using acrylic means I'll have to go to the workshop. Workshop's open till 5pm and close on weekends, others can do their models at home but I cant. young and free in the sun I had fun with my relatives yesterday. Ate a lot, walked a lot. I saw a pair of Fred Perry's shoes which I would love to buy. 100++ better start saving now. for you Yay! Got my laptop back yesterday. Stuffs in my D drive are still there. I actually kinda restore the system before servicing it, thus everything was gone ( I did back up so its alright) , who knows the mechanical dude actually restore everything including my msn and my password was there. I better change my password today.  Favourite snack sold in school cafeIt's actually choc yanyan, just this one has got hundreds and thousands dippings.   Mother's Day card I made. My mum received it two days late but it's alright :) Spent last week in the workshop often for last Thursday submission. We were asked to 'translate' the model from our make workshop to a new module using architectural materials like timber, metal sheets ..etc. I used acrylic.  Acrylic sheets being laser cut. Super cool... and dangerous machine .Mark the strips. Then the sheets were heated in a oven-fridge like thing for like a long time. Take out the hot strips.  Bend as fast as you can.   Tada~Figurre out where tho join them , drill holes, screw the bolts and nuts together.  Wipe off marker inks. First acrylic model made :D and... my mail from Josiah Leming!Went shopping with my grandparents last Friday, we shopped for like 5 hours, bought quite lot of stuff. Will you buy a top for like $69.90 or a vest for $99? Esprit's having 20% off for members for 3 days ... Resist, resist, dont buy. Think of how many pratas you can eat with 99 bucks. Going to church every Sunday with them too. I dont really like going to Chinese mass cause I cant really understand what are they saying and singing. Aunty in the church store ( those lil shop in churches that sells rosaries, bibles and stuffs) damn rude, until my grandma bought $80+ of stuffs and she was like Thank you! What the buck. come on kid I wanted to blog today because I RECEIVED JOSIAH LEMING'S MAIL TODAY!!! EEEEK! I wonder if it's his handwritings on the envelopes. Anyways!!!! I'll need to take a profile picture of me with the Come on Kid sticker he sent, and there'll be a competition where I 'll need to take a pic of the sticker with my country's best landmarks and some writings. What's the best landmark in Singapore? Hmmm School's laptop languange is in Finnish & I have no idea how to change it, msn ,keyboards typing are Finish too. PS- Been reading my princess diaries novel and had the feeling to watch Princess Diaries , so I watched. I am still very teenage-y at times & I like it. PS PS- I'm still waiting for Josiah's mail, which probably will arrive in about 1-2 weeks time... maybe he changed his mind cause postal fees will be exp. My grandparents are here! I kinda... feel bad for them cause 3 of us are like squeezed into one room and there's no aircon! There is but the electric bills here probably's like cost more than your wages thats why they're not switching on for you. -On the way back home from airport- ( Me sitting at the back with my grandpa) M- Hows the weather back there? Very hot? Its so hot here. G- Hot, but well aircon on 24 hours where got hot? M- Hahaha ... Was really pissed off with stuffs tonight about having comments on me dropping hair just because I eat mee goreng ( the last time I ate was like 2 months ago) and the floor has got my hair. blank *clap clap* I did nothing regarding to school today, didnt do research, didnt do my drawings, didnt read my ' The Eyes of the Skin' by Juhani Pallasma for next week's seminar presentation. Well, what did I do? I spent the whole morning and a lil of the afternoon making a mother's day card for my mum, went to the post office and did a lil 'window shopping' . My mum will get her card late, like about 1 week's time, speedpost cost freaking $19.20, so I had normal postage instead. Was kinda pissed off when I saw some shirt I bought from Esprit last time is $10 cheaper now. Okay nevermind. Felt cheated when Secret Recipe's ad on Buy one free one cake every Mon & Wed is only valid from 9pm to 10pm. School's again 8am till 6pm tomorrow, weather is so hot its best to wear tees , shorts & probably slippers to school. Only looking forward to GEMs class I guess. Sometimes I do wonder whats the best, living alone or living with someone you know. PS- Damn excited when Josiah Leming replied my mail. Cant wait to receive stuff from him! TMD Laptop's working fine last night and today it wouldnt start up. It freezes every 5 mins after logging in and I have no idea what is going on. Probably driver issues .. I've installed AutoCAD, Virtual Clone Drive and Windows DirectX last Tuesday. Just unistalled the clone drive. Pray everythings gonna be alright. I dont wanna get my laptop into repair cause I need it. |
